i will not live my life waiting for or expecting someone to pick me up when i fall .
i will not live my life with shame in my life because of something in the past that i can change .
i will not live my life scared of the world when may b i could just be friends with it .
i will not live my life ashamed of who i am

I think you should print this out and put it next to your bed. Each morning you should read it. These are good words to live by.
